- To the flour add baking powder,butter nd mixx,till it becomw crumbs like
- Then add milk,nd yeast use ur hands to mix
- Till u get a clean bown nd hands,knead well then keep aside and start making ur stuffing
- Here are the main stuffing ingredient,blended onion,peas sprout,green bell pepper,scotch bonnet,fried potatoes,blended meat(u can use minced)
- To a hot pan,add oil+ur onion,stir fry few secs,then add ur meat nd peas
- Stir fry,then add thyme mix,then add scotch bonnet +potatoes,stir fry for 3 mins
- Add curry,seasoning cubes,onga,nd ginger,stir fry
- Then add ur green pepper,stir fry for 1 min,then turn off heat nd allow to cool.
- Now ur dough will start to rise a bit😍,divide dough into 2,making 1 bigger than the other,keep the small one aside nd roll the big one flat, as show here,add 1 tbspn butter nd spread
- Then spread ketchup,roll close ur dough as shown here,then use sharp knife nd cut small small portion ss shown here
- Grease ur prefered pan,now arrange ur rolls in the pan as show here,then use ur hands and press them all down to flattened them as shown here,pour in your prepared stuffings
- Beat eggs with 1 maggi cube,nd pour it unto ur potatoe mix
- Now do same with the other half dough,nd place them into a cling film,nd roll it out flat as shown here
- Now carefully lift the rolled dough,nd carefully place it on top of ur pan as shown,cut the excess dough,nd milk wash the surface
- Sprinkle black seed,nd bake at preheated oven of 250F for 40mins at 200-150F till nicely golden brown and done😍enjoyy with ur 👪 and friends
