- Pour the paste into a small pot, add half a cup of water, 2 table spoons of groundnut oil, 1 table spoon of palm oil, Salt to taste & half a cube of Knorr seasoning. Stir and place on heat. Allow to cook for 5mins and turn off heat
- Preheat oven or electric grill on number 4
- Add fried chicken to the cooked paste and stir to enjoy it's all covered in the sauce.
- Place each chicken slice on oven rack and allow for 3 mins then flip the sides and allow for another 3 minutes. (this will require enough ventilation to avoid chocking) remove from oven/grill and turn off heat. Serve with your choice of drink and relax!
