  2. Fry the palm oil with onion when done then add red pepper (cut it into smaller cubic size) and scotch bunnet stir-fry till it's done then put your meat,fish and pomo with the stuck. let it simmer for about five minute, taste and make sure you are good to go.
  3. Add water leaves, cover the pot and let it simmer for two minutes then you stir and add your ugu leaves. Allow the soup to simmer for 3-4 minute.
  4. Serve with swallow or white rice. Mine is with rice
