- Wash and cut the leaves.
- Wash and squeeze again until the bitterness is ok for ur taste.
- Drain in a basket and set aside.
- Heat the oil, fry ur meat, grate the red pepper and onions, scotch bonnet. Stir-fry.
- Add a Little water and seasonings, allow to boil.
- Add the granded groudnut and allow to simmer for 10-15mins.
