  3. Wash and squeeze again until the bitterness is ok for ur taste.
  4. Drain in a basket and set aside.
  5. Heat the oil, fry ur meat, grate the red pepper and onions, scotch bonnet. Stir-fry.
  6. Add a Little water and seasonings, allow to boil.
  7. Add the granded groudnut and allow to simmer for 10-15mins.
  8. Then add the bitter leaf cover the lid, low the heat, and allow to simmer for few minutes.
