- Cook for like 45mins,as it is boiling add in the potash
- After the 45 mins sieve out the water,add Maggi,palmoil, salt, and the blended pepper to the already boiled ukwa and mix very well
- Wash the butter leaf very well with warm water and salt to remove the bitter taste
- Then add bitter leaf.cook for 2 mins.Food is ready
