- Get clean pot,wash beef,kpomo with salt and put inside the pot,add little salt and maggi add water boil for 20 min
- In another pot wash cocoyam boil until it becomes very soft,peel the back and pound it in a mortar with the palm oil until it becomes paste.
- Add pepper,onion crayfish to the first pot for 3 min,then add the cocoyam paste untill it dissoves.
- Wash bitter again very well and add to the soup pot and stir allow for 4 min.
