  1. Get 100 grams Fresh okara
  2. Prepare 50 grams Plain flour
  3. Prepare 1 as much (to taste) Seasonings of your choice

  7. Microwave for about 4 minutes. Flip them over and microwave for 3-4 minutes. After flipping them over once, check the crackers from time to time while you are microwaving them since they may burn if you overheat them.
  8. I added 1 tablespoon of grated cheese and 1/2 teaspoon of soup stock granules. I cut the dough into triangles.
  9. I added 2 tablespoons of small shrimp furikake and 1/2 teaspoon of dashi soup stock granules (bonito). I cut the dough into sticks.
  10. I added 2 tablespoons of white sesame seeds and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. I cut the dough into squares.
  11. These are nori and salt flavor.

They are so crunchy, addictive and the okra has no slime! It's such a great appetizer, I. Okra is easy to grow but the seeds have a hard coat that can slow germination. To speed up the process, soak the seeds overnight in warm water before planting. Wrapping the seeds in moist paper towels also works well.
