- For the soup,peel the back of the pumpkin,cut into cubes,rinse well and place in a pot. Dice the onion and add to the pot then add some water enough to cook the pumpkin. Once done,use a masher to mash the pumpkin well. Then add the already steamed mixed peppers, seasoning cubes,salt,curry,cooked meat and vegetable oil. Mix Welland cover to cook until oil is visible on the top. Lastly,add the spinach,stir and cook on low heat for 15mins. Serve this soup with the fried funkaso.

Put the fried meat back into the pot containing beef stock and mashed pumpkin, let it cook till Miyan Taushe is usually served with Rice Masa or Tuwon Shinkafa.
