This is a very traditional African dish which can be easily made from local ingredients. Some salt, knorr and pepper. dried crayfish and water Leaves. dried * afang or blended okazi Leaves.   2. Wash waterleaf wt salt and put in a siever to drain out the water then cut it.pound the okazi in a motar till it turns into paste
  3. Pour the water content from the meat into a pot,add pepper,onions,crayfish and salt to taste boil till little or no water remains in the pot
  4. Add your meat and oil
  5. Finally add waterleaf simmer for some seconds and add the pounded okazi leaf cook for 3 mind and serve with semolina, akpu or garri
