- Parboil meat,stockfish and dryfish with maggi,onions,Mr chef,garlic and ginger till its tender.
- Wash waterleaf wt salt and put in a siever to drain out the water then cut it.pound the okazi in a motar till it turns into paste
- Pour the water content from the meat into a pot,add pepper,onions,crayfish and salt to taste boil till little or no water remains in the pot
- Add your meat and oil
- Finally add waterleaf simmer for some seconds and add the pounded okazi leaf cook for 3 mind and serve with semolina, akpu or garri
