Steps to make Banga stew:
- Cook meat, kpomo together with onions and Seansoing and salt to taste, add a little water put it on fire

- Cook till the oil water is out, then blend crayfish, pepper, onions, opeyi and add into the banga
- When the oil is out and the banga is thicken add cent leaf and ugu cook for 2mins. Your banga is ready
