  2. Get 2 cksp Crayfish
  3. Prepare Salt
  4. Make ready 7 big cups Palm fruits

When the fish and beef are cooked, add the palm fruit concentrate and water and cook to desired consistency.   2. Add warm water and extract the juice,at least 7-8cups of it will be enough for the soup.
  3. Use a sieve to strain the extract into the cooking pot.boil for 15minutes with the pot half open
  4. It will be thick.wash dey fish with warm water and salt.remove the bones.
  5. Boil meat and stockfish with onion,Salt and Maggi.boil for 30mins.
  6. Precook prawn boil with half cup of water,salt.
  7. Pour the meat and stockfish in the boiling palm fruit extract.
  8. Add crayfish,pepper,asalt,oburunbebe stick,cover and boil for another 12-15minutes.
  9. Add the slice bitter leaf,Salt and Maggi cover to simmer for another 5minutes.
  10. Pour out starch into a bowl,add water to the starch untill it forms sister solution.
  11. Pour in the liquid solution into a pot and add a splash of palmoil.
  12. Adjust the fire from low to medium,stir vigourouly as you are boiling to avoid lumps.
  13. Boil and stir same time onces is done it will be thick.
  14. Serve together with soup.
