- Pour the pounded palm fruits in bowl and add water to extract the juice
- Place on fire and allow to simmer. Add your dry pepper,bitterleaf, onion and allow to cook till it thickens.
- Then add your Banga spices, seasoning cube, beef and fish and then salt to taste
- Your Banga soup is ready.. Serve with starch, semo, pounded yam, fufu, Eba, or any swallow of your choice.
