  3. Pound in mota
  4. Pour the pounded palm fruits in bowl and add water to extract the juice
  5. Place on fire and allow to simmer. Add your dry pepper,bitterleaf, onion and allow to cook till it thickens.
  6. Then add your Banga spices, seasoning cube, beef and fish and then salt to taste
  7. Your Banga soup is ready.. Serve with starch, semo, pounded yam, fufu, Eba, or any swallow of your choice.
