  1. Take 5/6 Rui fish pieces
  2. Get 2 medium potatoes(medium sliced)
  3. Take 1/2 cup tomatoes (medium sliced)
  4. Prepare 1 tsp turmeric powder
  5. Make ready 1 tsp cumin powder
  6. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Take 1/2 tsp green chilli paste
  8. Make ready 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  9. Take 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
  10. Take 2 cup water
  11. Get 3 tbsp oil

  4. Add fried potatoes stir well, add water and cook 4 to 5 minutes, after 5 minutes add fried fish pieces cook for 3 to 4 minutes, now Rui Macher jhol is ready.
