  16. Make ready 3-4 pieces Red chilli whole
  17. Get 2 cardamom
  18. Make ready 3 cinnamon

  4. Add remaining onion,garlic and ginjer and satue. Add salt and all the remaining masala and satue.
  5. Add green chilli and satue and cover and cook 5-7 min.
  6. Add marinated mutton and mix it. Cover and cook 10-15 min.
  7. Cover and cook again 15-20 min. Add fried potato and mix it.
  8. Then add water and transfer the presssure cooker and cooked it for 2-3 whistle or cover and cooked in the pan atlist 90 min till the mutton is coomplitly cooked.
  9. Garnished and serve hot the delicious dish with boiled rice.
