- To make baties take all atta in a bowl add salt ajawin oil mix well add sufficient water and knead into dough preheat heavey bootem pan.
- Take small size partions press firmey and roll into round balls place the baties on it. Press slightly. It may take twenty minutes to back all sides.

- Sock daal in about one cup of water for another fitten min. Pressure cook the daal with turmeric and salt.

- Add the cooked daal to this and mix properly. Finish off with juice of lemon garam masala and coriander leaves.
- Dry red chilli in hot water. Then put it mixijar. Add cut tomato salt and grind well.
- Take one pan add oil to flame. Add the paste to mix well saute till the oil sarfaces.
- When done serve it hot.
