  1. Wash the meat and put to boil,season with salt Maggi and if you like add small dice onion
  2. Wash the cow skin and roasted fish and dice to wash.

  4. Add in chilli pepper and boil for 3mins add in the palm oil at this junction and let it boil
  5. Add in the Ogbonor and opeyi and let it cook for 10mins then add in the Uziza leaf and steamed the soup for just secs taste and adjust with salt and off the gas
  6. Note: Ogbonor is tricky it can be watery but it will still thicken later
