- Pour inside the palmoil and fry.fry and be stirring at the same time.
- Fry for 3mins and pour in the meat with stockfish.
- Stir very well and pour in more water for the soup.
- Now you cover to boil,boil for 7mins.stir very well for like 40seconds.
- Add okpei and the uziza seed.cover and cook for another 5minutes.
- Blend the crayfish,pepper and put inside.then maggi and salt.
- Cover to boil for another 5minutes.
- Wash and cut the vegetable.uncover and add to the soup.
- Stir and bring it down immediately.
