- Wash and slice ugu and okazi,set aside.wash beef and ponmo,season and boil with little water,when almost done,add palm oil,crayfish, melted okpei with water and others,bring to boil,taste to adjust with salt,add ugu,stir,boil for a min,add okazi last stir…boil for two mins…turn off heat,ready to eat..
