  1. Put a clean pot on fire and add the banga paste and stir until hot, add water and grated onion and pepper

  3. Wash rice with little salt and warm water and pour into the boiling pot, allow to cook until soft, lastly add the finely chopped scent leaves and and allow to simmer for some minutes.
  4. Banga rice is best served hot with some chilled homemade drink 🤤
