Change the pan and put a pot on low heat,add small portion of your rice,then add small portion of the stir fry veggies,stir till well blended and continue till you exhaust both,add little water and Bay leafs and allow to simmer on low heat for about 15 mins,then add the pineapple chunks and stir.
