- Add your whisked egg white and mix, fry for another 5 min
- Then add 7 cups of hot boiling water, cover it and allow it to cook, reduce heat to medium and let it cook
- Add in your sliced pepper, fold it and turn off heat, cover with a lid and allow it to settle for 2min, then serve with any sauce of choice
