- Take 1 cup cooked white rice

- Get 1 tblspoon yeast
- Get 1 tsp baking powder

- After it have rise then heat some oil in your non sticky pan then add some of the batter in the pan, close and allow to cook on low heat but do not flip it repeat the process for the rest of the batter serve using any soup of your choice
