Jollof Spaghetti or Spaghetti Jollof is a quick meal, that got it's name from the popular Nigerian Jollof Rice. Jollof Spaghetti is quite easy to prepare and can be made with or without vegetables. Jollof spaghetti is spaghetti cooked in tomato sauce and spices just like one would cook jollof rice but using spaghetti instead. Some people also call it spaghetti jollof or Jollof pasta.

- Wash and blend all the ingredients together and set aside

- In another pot add the Palm oil and set on fire when hot add the blended ingredients and stir and leave it for about 5mins then add the seasonings maggi curry salt to it and stir and add water to the pot and cover it until boils then add the drained spaghetti stir a little and leave until done
