- Take I pack spaghetti
- Prepare Fresh pepper and tomatoes

- Get Curry
- Get Salt, maggi

Jollof spaghetti is spaghetti cooked in tomato sauce and spices just like one would cook jollof rice but using spaghetti instead. Some people also call it spaghetti jollof or Jollof pasta. Jollof Spaghetti or Spaghetti Jollof is a quick meal, that got it's name from the popular Nigerian Jollof Rice. Jollof Spaghetti is quite easy to prepare and can be made with or without vegetables.
Steps to make Spageti jollof:
- Heat up pot with little water as u start to pound your pepper and tomatoes with onion.
- Then Wash your spaghetti with you water and put inside the heating pot. Allow to heat for 10mins before you put ingredients. Then after that,put your salt, maggi,curry, dry pepper and stir but not too much then leave.
- In another 10mis,stir again and add water if the spaghetti isn't cooked but little by little. Tgen check it out. You may choose to lower your gas and cover. In about 5mins,it should be ready for serve.
Growing up, Jollof spaghetti was one of the first dishes I cooked. I used to make my Jollof pasta differently. I fried my sauce with little or no seasoning and I literally cooked it like Jollof rice. I want to believe that Jollof Spaghetti was born out of need to use left over stew to eat your spaghetti on a Friday evening. But what ever it is this dish has come to stay, tomato or no tomato.
