Jollof spaghetti is spaghetti cooked in tomato sauce and spices just like one would cook jollof rice but using spaghetti instead. Some people also call it spaghetti jollof or Jollof pasta.   2. Then Wash your spaghetti with you water and put inside the heating pot. Allow to heat for 10mins before you put ingredients. Then after that,put your salt, maggi,curry, dry pepper and stir but not too much then leave.
  3. In another 10mis,stir again and add water if the spaghetti isn't cooked but little by little. Tgen check it out. You may choose to lower your gas and cover. In about 5mins,it should be ready for serve.
