- Then Wash your spaghetti with you water and put inside the heating pot. Allow to heat for 10mins before you put ingredients. Then after that,put your salt, maggi,curry, dry pepper and stir but not too much then leave.
- In another 10mis,stir again and add water if the spaghetti isn't cooked but little by little. Tgen check it out. You may choose to lower your gas and cover. In about 5mins,it should be ready for serve.
Growing up, Jollof spaghetti was one of the first dishes I cooked. I used to make my Jollof pasta differently. I fried my sauce with little or no seasoning and I literally cooked it like Jollof rice.
