  1. Get 1 pack spaghetti
  2. Take Tomatoes
  3. Take Bell Pepper
  4. Prepare Habanero pepper
  5. Take 2 big sized onion
  6. Make ready 2 big size carrot
  7. Prepare Vegetable oil
  8. Prepare Salt
  9. Make ready cubes Stock
  10. Prepare Thyme
  11. Get Curry

Jollof Spaghetti or Spaghetti Jollof is a quick meal, that got it's name from the popular Nigerian Jollof Rice. Jollof Spaghetti is quite easy to prepare and can be made with or without vegetables. Jollof spaghetti is spaghetti cooked in tomato sauce and spices just like one would cook jollof rice but using spaghetti instead. Some people also call it spaghetti jollof or Jollof pasta.

Instructions to make Jollof spaghetti:
  1. Wash your Tomatoes,peppers and one onion and blend all till smooth
  2. Chop your carrot and onion and set aside
  3. Put a medium sized pot on fire. Pour in your mixture. On high heat per boil your blended mixture for 5mins then set the heat to medium, till all water evaporates
  4. Once water is evaporated pour in your chicken stock water, adjust taste by adding salt,thyme curry and seasoning cubes. pour in your vegetable oil. Stir and allow to boil for 3mins
  5. Then add in your spaghetti into the boiling sauce bit by bit. Make sure you cook on medium heat to avoid burning.
  6. Add your chopped onion and carrot. Adjust taste if needed and make sure to add water little by little, so that the food doesn't become so watery and sticky
  7. Always check your pasta to know if done or not. When done turn heat off and serve
