- In a pot, add water with salt and little oil. Cover and bring to boil.
- Add the spaghetti and cover to cook. After 2 mins, Stir so it can cook evenly.
- When its soft, sieve out excess water.
- Remove from heat and serve with the fish stew

If your shrimp is small I have prepared this stew a few times and it is always a winner. I use anchovy paste that I always have on hand as well as adding Clamato Juice to enhance. Few spaghetti for thickening the stew, optional. Add the spaghettis which is totally optional and the chili pepper to taste.
