Instructions to make Meen's Fried Spaghetti:
  1. Keep all ingredients in close reach.
  2. Put a large frying pan or wok on heat source. Add oil and julienneded beef, few juliennes of onions, one seasoning cube and a quarter (1/4) of the combined quantity of spices you intend to use. Stir fry till done.
  3. Add in carrots, red bell pepper and scotch bonnet. Continue to stir fry.
  4. Add in onions and the rest of seasoning and spices. Stir. Turn off heat source.
  5. Boil water in a pot. Break spaghetti sticks into two and add in boiling water.
  6. Cook until 70% done. Note that spaghetti is cooked till al dente, that is, it should be a bit firm and chewy when you bite it. Therefore, it should be cooked to 70% of al dente texture.
  7. Quickly drain in colander.
  8. Turn on heat source and put the frying pan on it. Reduce heat to medium low.
  9. Transfer spaghetti to frying pan or wok and quickly stir. Continue stirring for a minute or two. Ensure that sauce is evenly distributed.
  10. Turn off heat source and serve.
