Jollof spaghetti is spaghetti cooked in tomato sauce and spices just like one would cook jollof rice but using spaghetti instead. Some people also call it spaghetti jollof or Jollof pasta.
Steps to make Jollof spaghetti:
- Add some little amount of oil into a pot.
- Add in your blended mixture.
- Stir for some minutes to avoid burning.
- Add in some quantity of water, seasonings, salt and curry.
- Add your spaghetti to the boiling water and leave to cook.
- When it almost done, you add in your chopped onion (optional).
- Turn off heat and allow to simmer for few minutes.
