  1. Prepare Spaghetti
  2. Make ready Scotch bonnet
  3. Get Spices
  4. Take Seasonings
  5. Prepare Onions
  6. Get Oil

Jollof Spaghetti or Spaghetti Jollof is a quick meal, that got it's name from the popular Nigerian Jollof Rice. Jollof Spaghetti is quite easy to prepare and can be made with or without vegetables. Jollof spaghetti is spaghetti cooked in tomato sauce and spices just like one would cook jollof rice but using spaghetti instead. Some people also call it spaghetti jollof or Jollof pasta.

Instructions to make Jollof Spaghetti:
  1. Parboil Spaghetti and set aside.
  2. Grate Scotch bonnet and onions and set aside.
  3. Fry oil and add grated mixture together. Add seasonings and spices then stir. Add little water and cover to boil.
  4. Put Parboiled spaghetti and cover until drained.
  5. Serve hot!
