- Take 1 big tomato

- Add blended or grated tomato and red peppers. Add seasoning. Stir well and let simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add your chopped spring onions and green peppers, stir and leave for a minute
- Add your fried potatoes and stir well. Cover pot and let cook for a minute.
- Serve. Enjoy.
