  3. Peel the potatoes & wash, add water & salt to it & boil for 10mins. Grate the scotch bonnet, chop the green pepper & dice the carrot after washing. In a pan, pour the pulp(blended, boiled & drained tomatoes, onions & scot bonnet) add the oil & diced carrot, set on flame & stir. Add seasonings, curry & spices and mix.
  4. Add up the grated onion, scotch bonnet & chopped green pepper, stir continuously at low heat, add the boiled potato & mix, add warm water & close it for 2mins, off the flame.
  5. Remove the chicken skin & wash, add salt, seasoning cubes & spices, add the meshed garlic, add sliced onion & add 6 cups of water & boil for 40mins.
  6. Drain & fry in oil.
  7. Serve & enjoy!
