The ingredients needed to make Fried Yam with Egg:
  1. Get Medium size Yam
  2. Make ready 3 Eggs
  3. Get Onion
  4. Get Oil for frying
  5. Take Salt and Maggi

Wash the yam chips and place in a bowl. Yam khai dao is a wonderful introduction to the flavor combinations and techniques used in the many types of salads that exist in Thai cuisine. I don't usually put seasoning salt on them as it might make the fries even more sweet. and I don't like adding I tasted the yam with the dip before tweaking and I didn't really think the dip matched up with yams. Yams were good Dip was good.just didn't seem to.
