- When it softens immerse ur yam in egg and Start frying
- Cut ur liver into desired shape…wash and put it inside pot
- Add water seasonings nd spices and allow to boil
- When d water is almost drain add in veg. Oil onion and scotch bonnet and allow to simmer for 5mins and ur liver sauce is done
