  1. Peel yam and boil till it's soft,then add cheese and mash till it's sticky
  2. Stir fry onions and pepper,then add the Minced meat till it's well cooked
  3. Roll the already mashed yam into ball shape by greasing your hands with flour to prevent the yam from sticking in your hands
  4. Flatten it a little and add your meat into the yam,then roll it back to it's shape and coat in flour
  5. Coat in eggs
  6. On a heated pan,add your loaded balls into the oil and fry till golden brown
