  2. Put another pot on fire add palm oil, pour in onions n fry for 5 minutes, then pour in blended tomatoes n pepper fry till oil comes up.
  3. Than pour in chicken stock cover n let it boil for 5 minutes then pour in yam n coconut milk, add your crayfish n maggi n stir cover let it cook till tender(soft)
  4. Lastly add your alaihu or ugwu simmer it for some minutes. Then enjoy.
