  3. Take 1 tsp -mustard seeds

  6. Take 1 -Onion sliced
  7. Get 1tsp -Turmeric powder
  8. Get 1/2tsp - Red chilli powder
  9. Prepare to taste Salt
  10. Take 10-12 Curry leaves
  11. Make ready 2-3 Red chillies

  1. Whisk curd with water and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and dry chilli.Let them splutter for a few seconds. Add curry leaves, garlic and fry for a few seconds. Add onion and fry till slightly browned. Add turmeric powder and chilli powder and switch off the heat.
  3. Add curd mixture and mixwell.Switch on the heat and cook the curry on low flame till it just starts to boil. Switch off the heat. (Do not let the curry boil). Add salt and mixwell.
