Instructions to make Native coconut rice:
  1. Wash onions and slice onions. Set aside.
  2. Wash tatashe and green peppers. Slice them in squares and set aside.
  3. De bone the smoked fish. Set aside.
  4. Clean the pommo well. Cut in small bites and set aside.
  5. Wash coconut. Divide into two. Blend one part and remove milk. Set aside.
  6. Grate the other part and set aside.
  7. Parboil rice, rinse and set aside.
  8. In a pot, add a little oil. Add onions, and locust beans. Once its aroma is out, add the tatashe, garlic, ginger and green peppers
  9. Pour the coconut milk into the fried veggies and allow to boil.
  10. Add maggi and salt to taste. Pour in the rice. Allow to cook
  11. Once water is dried, add the scent leaves and grated coconut.
