- Wash soya beans n coconut.
- Grind and sieve with little water
- Put on fire
- When it starts boiling,add lime juice
- When it curdles all d milk in one place
- Sieve with a cloth
- Keep to drain
- Mix Maggi n salt in a cup of water, add coconut flavour
- Now cut awara (tofu) into desired shapes
- Then dip in the Maggi n salt water and leave for like 2 minutes
- Remove and fry in hot oil till golden brown
- Eat with yaji as a snack,lunch or dinner.
