- After blending, use a cloth sieve to separate the particles from the fruit juice. Then keep in the refrigerator until it’s time to use
- After 4 hours, your zobo should be ready to be made. Sieve the hibiscus leaves from the water and immediately add your sugar, to your taste, while the water is still warm. It dissolves faster. And let sit to cool. You could add a block of ice to cool it faster.
- Then add your fruit juice and flavors and stir till they are all incorporated. Then use the sieve cloth to sieve the zobo again, just to remove any unwanted particles.
- Pour your zobo in a jar/jug and refrigerate until use.
