  9. For the dough..pour all the ingredients into a bowl and mix with little water and get a firm mixture..it shoul not be watery..
  10. Cover it and let it rise for at least five minutes
  11. Roll out your dough, fill it with the fillings and cover it lacing the end with water so it doesn't open when frying
  12. Fry till light Brown
